The images were made for the Beethovenfest (Bonn, September 2015) and also combined in a video that was part of my performance
"Sprachschatten, Lichtlieder" ("Shades of Speech, Songs of Light").
A variety of sources was used: scans and microscope photos of the surfaces of a CD and LP containing the song, scans of a CD booklet,
parts of the score and the text, Google Maps, the audio waveform of the sung word "Adelaide", etc.,
then combined in collage, writing, drawing and colouring techniques and sometimes digitally processed.
