"Traces of Cookery / Kochspuren" is a book / CD, published in 2018 by Hybriden-Verlag, Berlin


It is a limited edition of 100 copies. Each book contains an original drawing, bound in the middle.

Below you can see the 7 images of the second chapter of the book: "Salt and Honey".
The first image is an unprocessed microscope photo of these two ingredients mixed.
The following 6 images are variations on the frrst, made by hand or digitally.
You'll also see some texts about the ingredients. These can be heard on the CD, accompanied by kitchen sounds.

Each of the other 6 chapters is built likewise, starting with a microscope photos on which variations were made.
